Materials we cut

Acrylic in clear, opal and colours, MDF and timber veneers, PVC foam board and aluminium composite. Tell us what you have in mind and we will recommend the right sheet and thickness.

One brand, three signs

For a cafe and bakery brand we carried one logo across three very different pieces: timber-faced letters on the shopfront, a laser-cut screen inside and an edge-lit acrylic sign for the counter. Cutting in-house is what made the three match.

Everything is made in our workshop in Ballinora and fitted by our own team, in Cork city and across the county, for example in Ballincollig, Douglas, Carrigaline, Midleton, Cobh, Mallow, Blarney, Kinsale, Bandon, Macroom, Fermoy, Youghal. We also install anywhere else in Ireland.

Questions

Do I need vector artwork for laser cutting?

It helps, but it is not required. We can redraw a logo or idea as clean vector artwork ready for cutting.

Can you cut one-off pieces?

Yes. We cut one-offs as well as runs of identical parts.
